Abigail T. Berman, MD, MSCE

As medical director of Radiation Oncology at CVS Health, Abigail Berman provides clinical oversight for the development of products related to radiation oncology. Her efforts focus on using technology innovation as well as physician and member connectivity to drive value and quality for patients, providers, and payors.

Prior to joining CVS Health, Berman was Assistant Professor of Radiation Oncology at the University of Pennsylvania where she also served as Residency Program Director, Associate Director of Precision Medicine, and principal investigator of NIH-funded clinical trials. She also held national and international leadership roles in clinical and research organizations focused on oncology.

Berman has a BA in chemistry from Harvard University, and MD and MSCE degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, where she also completed her residency in Radiation Oncology.
