Amy Rosenbaum

Amy Rosenbaum is the Vice President of Federal Affairs at CVS Health, where she directs the federal lobbying team, develops legislative and regulatory strategy to further business interests, and provides guidance on existing business practices based on the public policy environment. Prior to her role at CVS Health, Amy served as Legislative Director and Assistant to the President in the Obama White House. Amy was a key player in the passage of some of the President’s top legislative accomplishments, including a fast-track trade agreement, and led her team to defend the President’s top Administrative accomplishments, including the Affordable Care Act.

Before serving in the White House, Amy spent 15 years on Capitol Hill, including nearly five years as Policy Director for Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA). Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University, a PhD from Johns Hopkins University, and has served as adjunct faculty at the Harvard Kennedy School and a campaign finance fellow at the Center for American Politics.
