Eileen Howard Boone led a team responsible for implementing a wide range of philanthropic and corporate responsibility programs that align with the company’s purpose of helping people on their path to better health. Howard Boone was also the president of the CVS Health Foundation, the private foundation of CVS Health. She oversaw the foundation’s charitable giving and is responsible for creating and managing strategic partnerships with non-profit organizations that share in the foundation’s commitment to provide access to health care in communities nationwide. Prior to this, she was senior vice president of corporate communications & community relations for CVS Caremark.
She is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and received her MBA from Fordham University.
