Convenient access

Members can choose medication pickup from more than 64,000 national-chain and independent pharmacies, including CVS® and non CVS, along with delivery options. And with digital tools, they can choose when, where and how they interact.

Seamless access

We give you the choice to include more drug options so members get started on therapies faster. We’re expanding medication dispensing by physicians, nurse practitioners and hospitals and through Oak Street Health® now part of CVS Health®. Plus, members get tools to manage benefits and view order status and accurate costs, making it easier for them to stay adherent.

Faster to start therapies

Our electronic prior authorization (ePA) process enables faster approvals and keeps clinical integrity. Making decisions based on existing member information means over 40% of ePAs are auto-approved within 1 hour. We keep members informed and can proactively notify when a ePA is expiring, a new Rx is needed or benefits change. All to avoid delays in therapies.
